In the countryside of Ostuni, in an olive grove but not isolated, stands this amazing Masseria, a typical Apulian building of rural origin, today used as a luxury private home or prestigious accommodation facility.
The farmhouse was restructured in July 2022, in full respect of the tradition and typical Apulian style. The conservative restoration was followed in detail by one of the best-known architects’ studios in Italy.
In the main body of the farm there are 6 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all highly finished and with private showers. 3 of these rooms, located on the upper floor, are real suites with their own private terrace.
On the ground floor, next to the main body but with an independent entrance, there is the dependance, with a private courtyard, which can accommodate 3 people and has a large private bathroom.
Two dining areas with large tables to accommodate 12 people or more are on the ground floor, in the kitchen area, and outside under a large patio, with a big brick barbecue, bordering the splendid, centuries-old olive grove.
